REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION

LAND-ONLY PACKAGE COST: $1,995.00* per person based on double occupancy*
NOTE: Single occupancy surcharge for land-only package is an additional $400.00. You can request a roommate on your registration form, but roommates are subject to availability and guests' mutual agreement.

*Individual or Group round-trip air can be added at cost

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

First deposit due at registration: $750.00 per person

2nd deposit due January 15, 2024: $750.00 per person

Final payment due March 1, 2024: Total Balance Due per person*

*Program Costs are based on current rate of exchange (1 EUR = $1.06 USD), and expected program fees including motor coach and lodging, however they are subject to change.

In accordance with the Department of Homeland Security Secure Flight Program, passengers must provide the following information to airlines in order to allow TSA to conduct watch list matching before passenger check-in:

>Full name, EXACTLY as it appears on passenger’s passport, including middle name or initial.

>Date of birth

>Gender

>Valid Passport information / US Homeland security policy, a passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after return date (12/12/24)

>Redress Number (if available)*

* Those who have encountered mis-identification are invited to apply for Redress at www.dhs.gov/trip to help prevent watch list matching mis-identifications in the future.

Providing the required data elements allows Secure Flight to more effectively perform watch list matching, resulting in a better travel experience for passengers.

Travel insurance is not included in your package price, but we highly recommend protecting your travel investment with insurance. A Travelex insurance quote can be requested on your registration.
