• Full name, EXACTLY as it appears on passenger’s passport, including middle name or initial. (If you have applied for a passport, but it has not arrived please put "pending" in all mandatory passport fields).

• Date of birth

• Gender

• Government Issued Redress Number (if applicable)*

* Those who have encountered misidentification are invited to apply for Redress at 
www.dhs.gov/trip to help prevent watch list matching misidentifications in the future.

 

 

 

NOTE: In accordance with the Department of Homeland Security Secure Flight Program, passengers must provide the above information to airlines in order to allow TSA to conduct watch list matching before passenger check-in.
